learning is the DNA of change
linn is a learning enthusiast with over a decade of experience in driving successful global education programs. she taught and mentored the future workforce of 15–23 year olds from dozens of countries in leadership roles at New York University (UWC) in germany and Mahindra United World College (UWC) in india, supported international faculty in innovating their teaching methods, and led vertically and horizontally diverse teams in times of transition. as a learning & development consultant and facilitator, she supports clients in all things diversity and inclusion and leadership development. her PhD research now serves as a scientific foundation for tackling a wide range of projects head-on – from ai literacy, the future of work, and generational inclusion to transforming how societies address death and practice end-of-life care.

johannes is a strategy consultant, facilitator, and coach who supports business and non-profit leaders and teams across industries and continents in creating environments that thrive on relational intelligence, psychological safety, and community. as humanity in action’s international director of strategy and organizational development, he directed emotionally charged fellowship programs for high-potential future leaders aged 20 to 35. Johannes worked in management consulting at Roland Berger, where he developed his consulting skill set for high-pressure corporate environments. he holds law degrees from King’s College London (LLB) and Humboldt University Berlin (LLM), and completed internships at Norton Rose in london and Luther Law Firm in istanbul. he also graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where his postgraduate studies in international affairs led him to work with the UNDP in panama and the EU Fundamental Rights Agency in vienna. currently, he is pursuing postgraduate education in clinical psychotherapy at the Medical University of Vienna. he is certified in transformational design, ontological coaching, and the Google-born Search Inside Yourself corporate leadership program.
